NAZCO
Enterprise AI · Owner-led

Enterprise scope. Boutique focus.

NAZCO builds org-wide AI operating systems. We take AI from a one-off pilot to a governed system embedded across your workflows — built on infrastructure you own, configured by us, and run with a human in the loop. The person who scopes it builds it.

The problem

Most enterprise AI never makes it to production.

The hard part isn’t the model. It’s getting from a demo to a governed system your team actually runs on — without the tool sprawl, the stalled pilots, and the “who approved that?” risk.

Pilots that never ship

A promising demo gets stuck. It works once in a meeting, then dies before it ever touches the real workflow. The gap between prototype and production is where most enterprise AI goes to fade.

Tool sprawl, no system

A chatbot here, a Zap there, three AI subscriptions nobody governs. Point tools don't compound — they create more surface area to maintain and no single source of truth.

No governance, no trust

When AI can act, leadership needs to know what it did and why. Without audit logs, approval gates, and clear data handling, ‘let AI do it’ is a risk no serious org will sign off on.

What we build

One operating system. Four layers.

Not a chatbot, not a pile of point tools — a single system that captures work, answers from your own knowledge, runs inside guardrails, and compounds across the organization.

Agentic automation

AI Operators

Agents that answer, qualify, draft, route, and follow up across voice, text, and email — the repetitive front-line work, handled on a schedule, 24/7.

Secure data foundation

Knowledge Brain

A governed memory of your organization — policies, docs, history, context — so the system answers from your truth, with source-backed outputs you can check, not loose guesses.

Oversight & human-in-the-loop

Mission Control

One place to see what the system is doing, with a human approval gate on anything that spends money, publishes, or ships. Nothing important runs on autopilot without you.

Workflows across departments

Capacity Automation

The recurring work that eats teams — reporting, intake, coordination, follow-up — automated across departments and offices, so headcount goes to mission, not busywork.

Mission control, live

Nothing important runs without you.

The system drafts, recommends, and queues — and anything that spends money, publishes, or ships waits at a human approval gate. You get a single, exportable trail of every action and the reason behind it.

Proof, not theory

We run our own company on one.

Before we built systems for anyone else, we built one to run our founder’s own company — and we still run it there every day. One founder gets the functional output of a roughly ten-role operation (about $1.1M/yr in salaries) on a system we own, with the same memory, tools, and approval gates we’d build for you.

If we’re going to put a system at the center of your business, we should be willing to put it at the center of ours first.

Why an operating system

A chatbot isn’t a system. Neither is a pile of tools.

Governance & trust

Built to pass your scrutiny, not a badge.

We don’t claim certifications we don’t hold. We give you something better to evaluate: a clear, written posture for how the system is owned, governed, and controlled.

You own it

The system, the data, and the results are yours. We build on your stack or a stack you control — no forced lock-in.

Human-in-the-loop

Hard approval gates on spend, outreach, and publishing. The AI brings a recommendation to a person; the person decides.

Audit-logged

Every action, input, output, and approval is logged and exportable. You always know what happened and why.

Enterprise-grade, inherited

We build on enterprise infrastructure (Google, AWS, Azure, OpenAI), configured by us and governed by you. Your data isn’t used to train anyone’s model.

How we engage

From pilot to production, one gated step at a time.

You fund the next stage only once the last one proves out. It starts with a free teardown; serious org-wide work begins with a fixed-fee assessment.

01

AI Assessment

$3,500–$5,000 · credited to your build

A fixed-fee, 1–2 week deep-dive: we audit your workflows and data, map the highest-leverage opportunities, and hand you a phased roadmap and a fixed-price proposal. You keep the roadmap either way.

02

Pilot

from $3,500 + retainer

One module, proven in production in 30–60 days, with a clear acceptance target. We prove it works before you scale it.

03

Core Build

from $8,000 + retainer

Two or three integrated modules — operators + knowledge brain + mission-control basics. It stops being a tool and becomes a system.

04

Org-Wide Operating System

scoped on your assessment

The full operating system across departments and offices, with the governance layer and capacity automation. Priced to the value it frees, with an ongoing retainer to keep it mission-critical.

The Build-Until-It-Works Guarantee

We don’t stop until it works.

We agree on a clear acceptance target before we build. If the system isn’t hitting it, we keep building and optimizing at no extra cost until it does — provided you complete onboarding and approve milestones on time. Most agencies won’t put that in writing because they’re not sure it’ll work. We are.

Enterprise FAQ

The questions leadership asks.

Are you big enough to do enterprise work?+

We’re deliberately boutique — and for org-wide AI, that’s the advantage. The person who scopes your system builds it. No account-manager telephone game, no offshore body-shop, no junior hand-off. We take on one or two org-wide builds at a time and go deep, instead of spreading thin across forty logos.

How do you handle security and our data?+

We build on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Google, AWS, Azure, OpenAI) configured by us and governed by you. Your data stays in your stack, isn’t used to train anyone’s model, and every action is audit-logged behind human approval gates. We scope sensitive or regulated data carefully and tell you plainly where a specialist partner should be involved — we don’t overpromise certifications we don’t hold.

Do we own the system, or are we renting it from you?+

You own it — the system, the data, and the results — on infrastructure you control. NAZCO can stay on as the maintainer so it never becomes abandoned infrastructure, but you’re never locked in.

How is this priced?+

Phased. It starts with a fixed-fee AI Assessment (credited toward your build), then a pilot, a core build, and an org-wide rollout — each separately scoped and gated, so you only fund the next stage once the last one proves out. The big rollout is priced to the value it frees, not to hours.

How do we know it’ll actually work?+

We agree on a clear acceptance target before each phase and keep building until the system hits it — our Build-Until-It-Works guarantee. As long as you complete onboarding and approve milestones on time, you’re never paying for something that isn’t working.

Name what you already need to build.

Start with a free teardown. We’ll map where an owned, org-wide AI system compresses real work, put a dollar figure on it, and show you exactly where we’d begin — before you commit anything.
